The truffle Burrata is characterised by the presence of truffle, which attributes a particular and unique taste to the stuffing of Burrata. Its typical envelop shape is characterised by a white –cream colour and a smooth elastic and lucid surface. When cut it has a stuffing with slices of handmade mozzarella and small part of truffle.
