Cherry Peppers Stuffed with Tuna 230g

These round-shape Cherry Peppers are cultivated in the month of May and harvested by hand at the end of August when they are completely red. After the picking, they are taken in the warehouse, washed, cleaned and left in a brine of water and wine-vinegar for a little while, then rewashed and stuffed one by one with Mediterranean Tuna and Capers, to be preserved in EVO Oil.
