A small donut-shaped bread. A typical Apulian product to be enjoyed with olive oil, cherry tomatoes and oregano, as bruschetta or as croutons in soups. Without colour additives or preservatives.Before being consumed it must be softened. Soak the friselle in water for 1 or 2 minutes: they must be soft on the top and slightly crunchy at the base. Drain well and garnish with the chopped tomatoes, season with oil, salt and oregano or chopped basil.
