A ruby red organic wine with particularly bright garnet reflections. The nose shows a bouquet of balsamic and spicy notes, with hints of red fruit. The taste is full, enveloping, with soft tannins making it particularly pleasant.

Claudio Cipressi founded the homonymous winery with the belief that wine is the best tool to tell the land where he was born, Molise. A region of southern Italy that still preserves more than others, healthy traditions and slow and industrious lifestyles, made more precious by a wonderful and unspoiled landscape. It’s in this context that Claudio Cipressi cultivates 15 hectares of vines with native plants such as Tintilia del Molise (12 hectares), Montepulciano (1.5 hectares), Falanghina (1 hectare) and Trebbiano (0.5 hectares), with an obsessive attention to detail respecting the traditions, nature and typicality of the territory. This is the secret with which Claudio Cipressi’s wines compete in a genuine way with the great Italian wines.
Macchiarossa is an organic red that expresses the fragrant personality of the native Tintilia grape. The harvest is manual by the first half of October, and the maceration takes place for at least 12 days without exceeding 25/28 ° C. The aging in steel tanks lasts 36 months to which are added 6 months of bottle aging. A wine faithful to the land from which it comes, expressing its most genuine side.
