Alce Nero semolina is made using 100% organic Cappelli durum wheat grown in Italy, with the addition of vitamin B1 pursuant to legislation in force. It is free from flavourings, instant and recommended for infants aged 4/6 months onwards.
Years of experience in organic food and the development of delicate preparation processes have enabled us to create a purée which nourishes infants, introducing them to the taste of cereals.
