Pancetta Wild Boar (100g)

Cured wild boar bacon is a Norcia classic worked entirely with a knife. After trimming, salting and flavouring it is cured for four months in a cool, well aired place. The result is a pancetta with a sweet but pronounced flavour.


wild boar meat, salt, dextrose, sucrose, spices, flavourings, antioxidant (E300), preservatives (E250, E252). 100g of bacon is made of 140g of meat.
