Per' e Palummo (Piedirosso) Ischia DOC
Vineyard: Vines are planted with a cordon system on hills, in close proximity to the sea in the area of Serrara Fontana and Ischia.
Vinification: A blend of mainly Per e’ Palummo, also called Piedirosso, Guarnaccia and other local varieties. The must goes through a temperature controlled fermentation in stailess steel, and maceration on the skins of four days. The wine stays in bottle for 90 days before release.
