A classic wine from the south of Italy, this Salice Salentino offers deliciously harmonious mature fruit, with notes of black cherry, raisins and leather.

The grapes were harvested in the first half of September with a mixture of hand and machine.
The must fermented on the skins for four to eight days depending on the lot. It was then racked to fresh tanks to complete fermentation over 8-10 days at 25-30°C.
