Trofie are prepared with handicraft techniques, using durum
wheat groats produced in the Tavoliere delle Puglie. The dough is dried
for 12 hours at low temperature (45 °)
Keep in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources
Cooking Time: 10 to 12 min
