Alce Nero organic wildflower honeyﾒs aroma is rich, lingering and sweet. It is harvested between June and September in the beautiful regions of Tuscany, Piedmont, Basilicata, Marche and Emilia-Romagna – Italy, as this is the perfect time to give the honey its best flavour. For its preservation, the honey is extracted by mechanical centrifugation and afterwards it is left to decant, then packaged without ever undergoing heat treatments.
