Irresistible, delicate, fresh Inspired by Provencal Rosés, the Rivettis decided to produce one rosé from their porfolio. The fascinating characteristics of Sangiovese and Prugnolo Gentile, permitted us to create a wine that shows great character, an intense aroma, and which is very pleasant to drink. It has a floral and fruity bouquet with hints of citrus and Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, it is wonderfully fresh and delicate with satisfying minerality and an all-embracing acidity. Characteristics GRAPE VARIETY 50% Sangiovese, 50% Prugnolo Gentile PRODUCTION VINEYARD Vineyards within the municipality of Terricciola (Casanova) VINIFICATION Destemming and soft pressing, without overstressing the berries. The must remains in brief contact with the skins in order to obtain an extremely balanced free-run juice. Alcoholic fermentation for about 10 days, followed by aging in stainless steel tanks on its lees for about 3 months.
