From about 6,000 plants to 750 meters above sea level. 1.4 hectares in Serravalle Langhe. Vinified and aged in steel. Soils rich in limestone and significant temperature variations give grapes rich in explosive acid-salty energy. Snappy and nervous wine, tasty and infiltrating when young, surprising over the years.
