Pinot Nero “Nino”
The Iuli winery is a small cooperative founded in 1998 and located in Montaldo di Cerrina, in the province of Alessandria. The vinification took place in steel at a controlled temperature, with the only use of indigenous yeasts and with maceration on the skins for 10-12 days. The refinement was carried out for about 16 months, in barriques of first and second passage of French oak.
