Of intense ruby red colour with slight garnet reflections, to the nose it is fruity and floral and recalls wild berries with light vanilla notes.
The taste is warm, opulent with evident but supple tannins, it retains a long olfactory persistence with balsamic notes.
It is perfect with meat with mushrooms or truffles, braised red meat and grilled meat, succulent dishes.
