Misco Reserva represents the synthesis of the estate’s knowledge of Verdicchio, it is the most rare and refined expression of the company’s concept of terroir. Starting from the grapes of the Misco cru vineyard, the wine is selected that can evolve to its best first in steel, then in bottles. These refinements, minimally invasive, exalt the rich varietal endowment, the full-bodied and mineral notes, and predispose the ideal conditions for a long ageing, while maintaining the aromatic liveliness unaltered.
To the nose it is reminiscent of ripe fruit, sweet almond, acacia flowers, star anise, with hints of citrus.
Intense and persistent, with full-bodied and mineral notes, it matches perfectly with great seafood dishes, medium-aged cheeses and white meat.
