Food Matching: The versatility of this Sicilian ‘Claret’ makes it perfect with spaghetti Bolognese, rigatoni Amatriciana and lasagna, as well as pizza, burgers and with soft cheeses.
Vineyard: Vines are planted at an altitude of 90/676 metres above sea level with vertical trellis, cordon spur training system. The density is 4500 vines per hectare.
Vinification: Destalked followibng 12 days on the skins. Fermented and matured in stainless steel.
