This is a London Dry gin with the flavours of Tuscany! The Sabatini family from Teccognano in Arezzo select their botanicals from the local area, including Tuscan juniper and others which are grown on the family’s own land or by their neighbours. The botanicals include orris, wild fennel, lavender, coriander seed, sage, lemon verbena, olive leaves, and thyme, for a real taste of the Italian countryside.

The ingredients are shipped from Italy to London, where the Thames Distillers take over the production process. So this gin is a real mixture of fresh Italian flavours and traditional British distilling – a marriage made in heaven!
